CONCESSION ROCKS!!!!!

i spent a hefty FORTY (40, si shi, empat puloh) bucks this month on transportation even though i did not go anywhere!! i was even away from singapore for almost a week! HELL.

ben ben bear cum partner! i agree with you, like totally. your post rocks. i wanted to link it, but i couldn't find it anymore. good one on the concession. shall we just say that we should extend the argument over to NS guys as well, i bet they're craving for it. hurhur. *winks*

anyway, the thunders seem to be going crazy now. they sound like they're going to tear my house down with the explosion-like.. like.. what you call it? sounds? whatever, so long you get what i mean..

i haven't been procrastinating! it's just that there too many pictures, like what hongjun said, a truckload of pictures, so i really have to take the time to sort them out. for your info, i took 900+ pictures in korea! so forgive me yeah, anyway, shall cut my crap!

it all started with being at the airport of course.. i was really bored! six hours of flight is tiring!



hurhur, first sight of seoul! finally!



this is a theme park by samsung over there, it's called Everland, as you can see, the buildings are really unique..



there just kids, and kids, and MORE KIDS! check out the lil boy's hair! LOL. i even saw a little girl with purple hair!



it all looked so magical. hurhur.



i haven't had a chance to go on any of the thrilling rides due to time contraints.. sighs.

just nice when we walked there, there was a carnival going on! yippee! =D



LOL. nicey huh! okie la, i was just rather bored.



okok, if that wasn't enough..



the group of people in the middle.. they are janitors! they roller-blade around the theme park sweeping the floor, and occasionally takes pictures with tourists like us! and the guy in white holding a troll-like thing up high, he's my tour guide! and it's dracula beside him! ARRRRR!! *runs off*



went to this village to stay for a night! i love the rooms! and they used mattresses, just like those you see on tv! ^^ the heaters are built under the floor!



had breakfast in this cafe where winter sonata's filming took place..



the surroundings of the cafe looked really romantic and nice.



then it's off to taking cable car ride! yeah!! see the bottom left photo? that's not a toilet bowl mind you! it's 'aircon' for the cable car cabin. basically the wind there is so cold that you don't need aircon. you need heaters instead. ok, dad looks scared. mum too, but she's feigning it. hurhur.



the view was really breath-taking.



when we got to the mountain top, these were what we saw. fogs and mist, and colder than ever.



some photos looked like they were scenes taken out from Lemony Snicket's! lol.



the very first time i saw a fireplace! hur.



then it was the journey down again..



this time to where enxi and junxi met..



another cable car ride the next morning! i love cable car rides!! woohoo!



the view was BETTER! saw really lots of red maple leaves!

my tour guide took advantage of us. BASKET. i was smiling when he suddenly hugged. *BISH!*



that's my driver over there, his skills are fabulous i tell you. he went around honking at any car that went too slow, and he can turn the whole bus round very sharp edges. goodness.

what's the proper term for korean costumes? i almost called it kimonos! ah heck!



finally it's shopping!!!!! oh my gawd! check out the tall ice creams! and they even have bae yong jun's socks! what fetish! and i realised the bra sizez over there go as small as 65?!!?!?


sighs! no bargaining! =(



nightlife in seoul. looks good huh.



the room i liked best! has a second storey (although there's nothing on it but i still liked it anyway), and first time i saw a washing machine in a hotel room! plus it's damn gadget! you press the doorbell, inside the room you can see my face on the camera screen! hurhur. oh ya, the water heater is damn good. see the other 4 nozzles? it squirts out water too! lol.



finally we're going home! haha! the airport toilets are very clean! they even have plastics on toilet seat! you just press the red button by the side and it changes by itself! i haev no idea what the ettiquette bell is for though. does it mean i shit too long i must press ah, so that people won't wait for my cubicle?



some signs i found very funny and hilarious. their english... *shakes head*



there're even cigarettes dispensing machines and hp charging machines! their products packaging looked very attractive to me! Maxim to us is a magazine.. it's coffee mix for them!



and i made mavis take a series of find willy melly shots! now find melly!

LOL. i took a whole 5 hours to do this post. hurhur. hope you all get an overview of what korea is like in autumn. i'll definitely want to go there in winter someday! =))

PS: porn is everywhere in korea! and you can buy such vcds anywhere! i woke up in the middle of the night to take the clothes out of the washing machine (i left it to wash overnight while i slept on), when my sis told me "hey, wah lao. they showing porn on tv leh!" i saw.....

here's the long awaited part two.

As Hehe watched Kuku walked down the corridor, she was damn nervous. The ambience was nerve-wrecking. She looked out of the window. It was a breath-taking view, but this just wasn't the time to admire. She simply did not have the mood. Well, who would at this moment? She had no idea what was going on. She was dying to know what happened exactly. She fidgeted with her fingers while she sat on the sofa, as the time went past. It was only a few minutes, but it felt like centuries.

Then she heard footsteps. In fact, she heard someone running. She turned back, expecting something, only to see Kuku appearing, looking very nervous, asking,

"Pass me my handphone." -___- (chey! thought what happened!)

Kuku ran back in, leaving Hehe alone again. Tick-tock, tick-tock, time passed. Once again, she heard footsteps. It's Kuku!

"Pass me my wallet." -________- (double-CHEY! double-thought what happened man!)

Hehe saw Kuku sprinting back to where he came out from, and again, she was alone.

This time, she did not hear Kuku running out, because she was in a daze. Kuku spoke up,

"Hey, he asked you to go in, he wants to speak to you."

Hehe was afraid. She stood up and followed Kuku in. On their way to the room, Kuku said, "He did not ask about the MC thing. He asked me where we were about 3 weeks ago. We were clubbing right?" Hehe recalled, and said, "Yeah, we were clubbing. Chinablack."

Hehe entered the room and she saw R** Lim sitting down, beckoning her to go over. Kuku pushed another swivel chair towards R** Lim so that Hehe could have a place to sit. R** Lim looked at her and smiled. "Your father is H**** K** right?

"Yeah." Oh shit, don't tell me they checked up my dad? FOR WHAT?! Hehe thought.

"Your house is at W******* right? Block **, door unit number #**-**, and your padlock is faced inwards right?"

"Yeah." What the fuck?! Even went to her house?!

"Haha, that means I did not go to the wrong house! Don't your house have a doorbell? I knocked until my hands pain lehhhhhh!!"

"Er, no, haha." Hehe tried to laugh along, but very difficult. She was very scared. R** Lim went to her house FOR WHAT?! She stole a glance at Kuku, he looked.... blur and frightened. =X

"Who is using this phone number, 9***-****?" R** Lim pointed to a number printed on a piece of A4 paper. On the paper there were othher names and numbers. She saw her dad's name beside her hp number. She saw Kuku's name and number on it too.

"Err, yeah. I'm using this number. So what's wrong?"

R** Lim looked at Hehe and asked, "So your line is under your dad's name right?"

Hehe nodded.

"He is about fifty plus years old?"

"Yes. Is there anything wrong?"

"OK. Do you remember where you were 3 weeks ago? 17th of Sep to 18 of Sep?"

"Err, let me think. 16th of Sep was the last day of exams. The next day was a Saturday. Oh yeah, we went Chinablack to celebrate a friend's birthday." Hehe thought, looking at Kuku. Kuku still looked blur. -__- Hehe thought that R** Lim was going to charge them for entering a club illegally, but hey, both of them were well over 18 years old, in fact, 19 to be exact.

"At what time did you all leave the club?"

"We and another friend left together at about 2.45am, and ate supper at Mac till about 4am before we took a cab home." Hehe replied, looking at Kuku, seeking for assurance and agreement. Kuku responded almost instantaneously, "Yesyes! I remember we took a Merz cab sir!"

"Do you all still remember which route did you all take? Where did you all go?"

"Oh yes, the cab went to my house..." Hehe tried to explain but R** Lim cut her words off, "You all went back together? You went to her house?!" Obviously R** Lim was thinking about something else.

Kuku got scared and rather agitated and said, "NO SIR! We dropped her at her house before going home!" Hehe agreed readily. She continued, "The cab went round Lido Shawhouse, down Orchard Road, before turning round Paragon. Then it went into CTE and made a turn to my house."

R** Lim sat up and looked at the both of them. "OK. The reason why I asked the both of you to come up is that, we have been investigating a case. You know about the murder case 3 weeks ago?"

Both Kuku and Hehe shook their heads. I personally thought that they ought to read more newspapers and watch more news. Oops, I'm not supposed to be out here. *vanishes*

R** Lim continued, "The murder case happened on 18th of Sep 4 plus am near your place (he pointed to Hehe), and the satellite picked up a number of phone numbers around that area and two of them happened to be yours. As one of the phone numbers is (supposed to be) from a fifty plus year old guy to a nineteen year old youngster, we thought that 1) either they are gays, or 2) they were up to something no good."

Hehe and Kuku looked at each other and was a lil shocked. Hehe tried to clarify, "I'm using that phone number, not my dad, not my dad."

"Ok, anyway both of you don't look like killers to me. You may go."

Hehe and Kuku were still in a state of shock. They went like "Errrrrrr, okkkayyyyyy....." They stood up and prepared to leave the room. Before they left, R** Lim called out, "And.. I will not let the MC matter be known to SAF." He said, looking at Kuku.

Kuku was relieved and said, "Okay, thank you so much!"

Both Hehe and Kuku entered the lift and heaved a sigh of relief. Three words to explain their feelings.. WAH LAO EHHHHHHHHH.......

hurhur, finally. i had half a mind to finish the story while i'll be at the airport tonight if i could not finish this. you guys might know anyway, this is a true story.

Kuku is the donkey, while Hehe is yours truly. =) (hey it rhymes! =P)
