i'm really supposed to do my ief report now, but it's been a terrifying evening for me.

apparently donkey decided not to let me have a good time doing my work, coz his nose bled again, for the fourth time in two days. sure, he was freaked out, and i was too.

so off to Mount Alvernia's A&E he went, i was stuck at home doing(trying to do) my report. it was fruitless as nothing came out of my brains (perhaps i don't have any?) and my mouse subconsciously went to look for causes of nose bleeding.

so here's something to share:

1) vitamin k is a kind of beneficial bacteria. lack of it causes nose bleeding.
2) vitamin k is found in liver and leafy vegetables.
3) some prescribed antibiotics destroy vitamin k, so the medicine you're having now, might lead to nose bleeding.
4) vitamin e rids away vitamin k, so do not take these 2 vitamins together.

well, some causes of nose bleeding are:

1) infection or inflammation of nose
2) aftermath of operation on nose
3) tumour growth
4) trauma due to foreign bodies, injuries or picking of the nose

in the case of donkey, it's the last. -__-

told you you blew your nose WAY TOO HARD!!
