oh thank you! obvious isn't it? just tell me that it's nice and save the others :)
went shopping last fri, as i predicted, my premonition came through, and i met a lousy salesperson.. and i left some feedback (actually, brutally speaking, a complaint) at the chain outlet's official website.. here it goes:
"I was shopping at the Wisma outlet when i came across this extrememly rude staff, whom i think her name is *BEEP*. She was speaking to us in a very reproachful tone which i think we customers do not deserve such obnoxious attitude from your staff. It was not clear to us that the packed camisoles on sale were not allowed to be tried on except for those samples. I had already known my own fitting size so i wanted to try out the colours as i was unsure whether the white ones would be too translucent. So she saw us coming out of the fitting room with the opened packets on hand, and said very rudely, "Ms you cannot open and try unless you want to buy it" i had already decided to buy the black one, and when i was paying, she asked very loudly if i wanted to buy the white one WHICH I ALREADY OPENED. This kind of attitude is unreasonably arrogant and i was very disappointed in the kind of service that i received over there. If i hadn't tried out the new piece, i wouldn't have known that the white piece was torn at the side. This is very inappropriate for us to buy but not to try, even more so for us to receive such bad service from your staff. She even showed a black face and seemed very unhappy about it. Is she trying to force me to buy the piece that i had already opened? Are customers only allowed to try for sizes but not colours? Are we obliged to buy anything that we have opened and receive such arrogant attitude fromyour staff? This is the first time ever that i encountered such 'good' service from your staff."
Here's the reply:
"Dear Miss Koh.
Thank you for your feedback dated 30th January 2005. In response to your feedback, we have carried out the necessary investigation and we understand that our staff, *BEEP* from our *BEEP* Wisma Atria outlet, may not have communicated in the correct verbal tone. However, we wish to explain that it had never been her intention to be offensive. Corresponding to our findings, she has been briefed on the proper customer service mannerism. With regards to the trying of packed-tees, we would like to share that we do have trying pieces in our outlets, and in the event when the trying piece is not available, please feel free to approach any of our colleagues forassistance. While we do recommend that our customers check the merchandises at the point of purchase, we also recommend that they approach our shop-staff for assistance should they require any in the process of choosing the merchandise.Thank you once again for your feedback, and we apologize for any disappointment caused in the process of handling this issue."
so much for complaining, the company is still defending her. wth.
been really stoning.. so there's nothing interesting except for the fact the i actually found the stats test today fairly easy to comprehend.. surprisingly..
i was expecting to fail the test (even though it was open-book) because i knew no shit and nuts about a subject called business statistics..
as you've noticed, there's some changes in the format of my blog.. hope you found it better and nicer.. so far i haven't received any complaints about the font of my blog (which i personally think that it might be too small for some of you) so i'll stick to the same size anyway..
thanks to rai that i've got a tag board over here.. haha.. please feel free to leave a message or comment yeah?
i'm gonna watch tv.. *stamps and stomps over my micro books* TO HELL WITH YOU!
