driving down upper serangoon seems to have a different take on me today. instead of making a usual left turn after coming down from the highway, i took an unfamiliar right turn and found the way to kian's house.
alot of things went through my mind as i was cruising on the flyover. since i have found out things that i shouldn't be knowing because they were purposely being kept from me (i think they gotta try harder), i see no point in disclosing. things will be left the way they are now, because like i said, i've made up my mind. just know that i'm not gullible and i did not believe every word.
first impressions sometimes count, but sometimes they can fail you. then again, it's never too harmful to always get to know better. well, i took a long time and i actually knew it, but i was deluding myself after all.
i'm now at kian's house doing this post, and although this new year eve was a quiet one, at least i had a peace of mind because i knew what i was doing. the guys, though they kept eating, did a good job of keeping me occupied with their nonsense as my mind seldom wandered off to where i think it shouldn't be.
this year, no fireworks, no noise. but, a great sense of relief and maturity, with a great friend i know who'll be there to listen to my nonsense, even though he always say that it's not his problem. =)
let's do it by the rules: strike three, you're out.
hi, welcome. i'm glad that you have come to suffer in my place. i wish you good luck.
